1 Minute SHISHITO PEPPERS!
This is the easiest YET, but don't let it fool you for a second, it is possibly the tastiest too! Shishito Peppers are becoming a hit at 'trendier' restaurants and I am seeing them more frequently as appetizers or side dishes. I was telling my Dad about how much I LOVED these new peppers I found at Trader Joe's and he said "No way!! We just discovered those in Vegas and loved them so much we ordered 6 pepper plants to grow our own!"
