And for the people that are consumed by getting enough protein, have some of this...your body uses vitamin B6 to help break down proteins, so the more protein is consumed, the more vitamin B6 you need. Zesty Vegan Ceviche!
This ceviche is a perfect summer dish! It is full of veggies, packed with favor, and very zesty!! Since I don't eat seafood this is a great dish to feed your ceviche craving! This could be eaten alone, on a salad, with some blue corn tortilla chips, or with a corn warm tortilla. So many options!
