Fresh Watermelon Lemonade!!

A PERFECTLY refreshing summer drink! 3 ingredients, easy peasy! Great for kids, making sorbet, popsicles, or throw a little vodka in and have a cocktail :)

 

Watermelons are a great source of vitamin A, B6, and C! And for the people that are consumed by getting enough protein, have some of this...your body uses vitamin B6 to help break down proteins, so the more protein is consumed, the more vitamin B6 you need.

RECIPE 

Yields about 1 Liter

Ingredients: 

•1/4 of large seedless watermelon

•1 lemon

•1 lime

•Ice

 

Chop watermelon into cubes add into blender and blend (it may help to gradually add the watermelon so it can blend with ease), blend watermelon until smooth, squeeze in the juice of lemon and the lime, add 2 handfuls of ice and blend until it is a slushy like texture.

Serve immediately and enjoy every sip!
