This is the easiest YET, but don't let it fool you for a second, it is possibly the tastiest too! Shishito Peppers are becoming a hit at 'trendier' restaurants and I am seeing them more frequently as appetizers or side dishes.
I was telling my Dad about how much I LOVED these new peppers I found at Trader Joe's and he said "No way!! We just discovered those in Vegas and loved them so much we ordered 6 pepper plants to grow our own!"
So while they wait for theirs to grow I've been chomping away at these babies!
Shishitos are an anti-inflamatory food high in Vitamin K and C and very low in calories, not too spicy, just right. I have seen these being sold at Kroger, Trader Joe's, Central Market, and Whole Foods... I bet they are at HEB too.

Heat avocado oil or oil of choice in a large cast-iron skillet or other skillet over medium-high heat. Cook peppers, turning occasionally, until they begin to blister on all sides, about 1 minute or so. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
